And now Australian model Ellie Gonsalves, 28, has shared her diet and exercise tips to get a fit figure just like hers.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, the red-haired beauty, who is the Australian face of Khloe Kardashian's jeans label Good American, said it's 'all about consistency'.

'Everything in moderation and consistency is key, that is the most important thing to remember,' Ellie explained.
'You definitely need to keep challenging your body. So doing things that are comfortable aren't necessarily going to get you great results.
'I am constantly moving my body, whether it's going for a run or going for a long walk, you just really have to sweat every day.'

Ellie explained it's not just her active lifestyle, but also her healthy diet and staying hydrated that helps achieve her perfectly sculpted body.
The bikini babe also shared what a usual day on a plate looks like for her.

The 28-year-old will then munch on a handful of blueberries or a tub of cherry tomatoes.
For lunch she will enjoy a healthy serving of grilled salmon with a cup of spicy black beans, a cup of garlic mixed quinoa and brown rice.
She explained she usually adds a handful of tomatoes/or steamed broccolini with tamari sauce, Himalayan salt and lemon juice for extra flavour.

Ellie's dinner usually consists of a whole bok choy with tofu or grilled salmon, 100 grams of cashew nuts, 1 chopped carrot, 6-7 pieces chopped broccoli or broccolini and one stem of shallots.
She said her last meal of the day is a late night snack of fruit, about 30 minutes before bed, and that frozen strawberries or watermelon are her favourite.
'I learned through my nutritionist this helps put your body into a stage 4 deep rem sleep!' she said.

'I also make sure I have between two to four litres of water per day, staying hydrated is very important for keeping a trim figure,' she added.
Despite Ellie keeping her diet clean and nutritious, she admits to having one cheat day per week.
'I have a treat day once a week, where I just eat whatever I want to eat. I usually will splurge on donuts or a couple of cocktails,' she said.
