PANCHKULA: Police have booked an unidentified person under Section 451 (house-trespass to commit offence punishable with imprisonment) of the Indian Penal code on the complaint of a Panchkula resident. The interesting part of the case is that the unidentified accused has been booked for performing black magic in the backyard of the complainant’s house.
A resident of Sector 15, Panchkula, Nitin Gupta, told cops that he was shocked to find some voodoo items in the backyard of his house. 44-year-old Nitin, an employee of a private company, said that in the morning he found ash, lemons, goat’s head and claws of hen.
“I immediately called cops. A team rushed to my house spot and saw the black magic performed there,” the complainant said. Meanwhile, he said that he suspected one of his neighbours.
Assistant sub-inspector (ASI) Harender Singh, said, “This is a unique case. We are looking at footage dumps of CCTV cameras installed near the house.”
