The Patiala House Court has set a date to hear alleged middleman Christian Michel's bail plea in the AgustaWestland case on February 12.
The hearing has been scheduled for 2 pm that day.
In his application, Christian Michel said that he is entitled to bail since the chargesheet in AgustaWestland scam against him was not filed within 60 days of arrest.
