Punjab Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh and state minister Navjot Singh Sidhu will attend India Today's State of the State Conclave Punjab in Chandigarh today.
Other guests include Bharti Enterprises vice-chairman Rakesh Bharti Mittal, Hero Enterprise chairman Sunil Kant Munjal and state ministers Vijay Inder Singla and Manpreet Singh Badal.
Starting at 10 am, the State of the State Conclave will feature talks on a wide range of issues -- including industry, education, agriculture and the arts.
The State of State District Awards Ceremony will begin at 4.45 pm.
