'We are seeking someone mature, generous in spirit, creative, curious about life and others and interested in crafting a community,' the ad said.
The house has also transformed the conventional 'lounge room' by calling it a 'ballroom' and denying the use of a television.
'Huge common room we call the 'ballroom' and use communally for workshops, meditation, yoga, movies etc. with a piano, foldout couch and lots of cushions,' the ad said.
'We don't have or want a TV.'
The three people already living in the house also gave their own spiel so the interested renter could get a feel for their potential housemates.
