Nigerian team visits Hazaribagh to learn about construction of

A Nigerian team Thursaday visited some locations in the district to learn about construction of community toilets which they said they would emulate in their country.

The team from the African nation would spend two more days in the district to have a first hand knowledge about building the community toilets.

The Nigerian team witnessed projects like Anganwadi Centre, Gobardhan Yojana and Swajal Yojana (the community owned drinking water programme) at Kanchanpur.

They also toured rural schools and learnt about children being provided assistances, including in the fields of education and health care.
