Kia Motors sold 1144 for the first month of the year, setting the Korean automaker off to a good start.
The little pocket rocket Picanto is the carmaker's top-volume seller with 612 units of the popular city car sold during January.
Launched in July 2017, the third-generation Picanto has been a best-seller since it has been introduced to the local market.
It's available with two petrol engine options (1.0-litre and 1.2-litre) and three specifications (Start, Street and Style). Prices start from R150 995.
