After clinching the five match One-Day International (ODI) series, a confident India will aim to carry the momentum to the three match Twenty20 International (T20I) series when they face New Zealand in the opening match at the Westpac Stadium on Wednesday. In the ODIs, India comprehensively outplayed the hosts to clinch the series 4-1. India looked out of sorts only in Hamilton but they bounced back in style in the last match and will aim to carry the momentum to the shortest format with some more promising players joining the squad.

11.32 IST: The Indian men's team has already reached the Westpac Stadium and are now waiting for the match to get over.

11.31 IST: India started off really well with Smriti Mandhana smashing the fastest T20I fifty by an Indian woman but once she fell, the visitors lost wickets in a flurry and now staring at a steep task.

11.30 IST: Currently, the Indian women's team is playing against the White Ferns. India need 38 runs from 18 balls with four wickets in hand but the good thing is skipper Harmanpreet Kaur is still at the crease.
