Jeremy Clarkson Races Lambo Urus Against 911 Turbo On ‘The Grand Tour’ Ep5

In the next episode of The Grand Tour, Jeremy Clarkson will head to Sweden with a Lamborghini Urus, where he will take on Abbie Eaton and a Porsche 911 Turbo.

Meanwhile, Richard Hammond will be profiling Scottish racing driver (the late) Jim Clark, while James May will try to ditch his Captain Slow persona behind the wheel of the Alpine A110 sports car at the Eboladrome. Judging by the footage in the trailer, we’re in for another action-packed automotive adventure.

Why the snow?

We’re rather curious why The Grand Tour chose snowy Sweden for the Lamborghini Urus, seen as how the slippery conditions will make it difficult for Clarkson to put all that power down efficiently. Still, how it handles drifting on a frozen lake next to a German supercar is not something we’d want to miss out on, especially since the Lambo has a special driving mode that should help it on low-grip surfaces.

This upcoming episode will follow last Friday’s showdown between the VW Amarok, Ford Ranger and the Mercedes X-Class. In that same episode, Clarkson eventually declared the Jaguar XE Project 8 a better super-sedan than the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. Still, if you haven’t seen Episode 4, we won’t tell you which pickup truck won that comparison.

Episode 5 of The Grand Tour’s third season will be available on Prime Video beginning this Friday, February 8.
