MS Dhoni is not only popular for his mind games, but also his ‘words games’ which he plays during the matches. The stump mic always catches the Indian wicket-keeper with his witty comments, which often becomes moment of laughter for all. Such a comment came from the former skipper during the 5th ODI against New Zealand, when he made a funny comment for Yuzvendra Chahal.
While Kiwis batsmen Jimmy Neesham was at the crease, Chahal was not happy with fielding placements and made some changes. Kuldeep was on the field as substitute during the incident occurred. Watching Chahal’s actions Dhoni said to Kuldeep, “Phenkne de isko. Muralitharan se fielding mein usko farak padta hai”, which translates to, “Let him bowl, he is more bothered for fielding than Muralidharan”. Kuldeep smiled after listening to this funny comment of Dhoni. Have a look at the video.

Even after the match, Dhoni was seen running away from Chahal as the spinner was chasing him to appear on Chahal Tv. Looks like Dhoni spares no chance to pull leg of the youngster. Talking about match, India defeat New Zealand by 35 runs after posting a target of 253 runs. Indian top batting order fell at the start but Ambati Rayudu, Vijay Shankar and Hardik Pandya managed to take India to a fighting total. After the victory in the match, India also won the ODI series 4-1.
