How to rock your pre-wedding shoot!

The wedding season is here and it is time for some beautiful and moving pre-wedding shoots. As couples gear up for surreal pre-wedding shoots, all they want is to look their best and capture memories to cherish for a lifetime. Since the trend is in vogue and the video is also played out for the guests at the wedding, you must make sure that you shoot in the best possible way. Here are a few tips you can consider while shooting your pre-wedding video so that you get the best results.

Location recce
Once you shortlist the locations for the shoot, visit the places with your photographer. It's important to discuss together the angles and the story you have in mind. You can also click a few mock pictures to see how the final cut would look. This will give you an idea about how your video would look and if you think it is not up to the mark, you can make changes before shooting on the final day.

Dress rehearsal
This is a very important step. You must decide what you want to wear for the shoot quite in advance and rehearse. Get clicked together in those clothes and see if you look nice together in pictures. Also, try on the make-up so that you do not look too conscious on the final day.

Flattering angles
Spend some time with your would-be spouse in front of the mirror and figure out a few of the flattering angles which will add romance and cuteness to the video.

Capture moments
Most of the photographers focus on highlighting faces but make sure that there are a few variations captured too. Intertwined fingers, flowing strands of hair, a soft hug or dancing feet, create moments that bring in a story and speak volumes about your bond.

Body language
Be confident about how you look. Don’t be conscious about your body type - just believe in yourself. The video is about capturing the love between you and your partner, which should be the only thought that should be on your mind.

A mix of candid and rehearsed pose
Candid shots look great and capture great chemistry but strike a balance between candid poses and rehearsed ones. Sometimes the cliche also looks good. Discuss the concept with your photographer and get going!

Include family and friends
Even though pre-wedding shoots are only about the couple, try making your family and friends a part of it and see the magic they bring to your story.
