Every year in February, Mehboob Studios plays host to an amazing festival called ‘Mahindra Blues Festival’ that attracts music lovers from all corners of the country. In 2019, the festival enters its ninth edition bringing together a stellar line-up that features artists from across the globe. This year, the line-up features blues experts like Beth Hart, Charlie Musselwhite, Sugarray Rayford, Brandon Santini, and Arinjoy Trio. The event will be held at iconic Mehboob Studios in Bandra.

Day One – February 9 (Saturday)
- Arinjoy Trio
Winner of the Mahindra Blues Band Hunt 2018, Arinjoy Trio is a band comprising of three people – guitarist Arinjoy Sarkar, Sounak Roy on drums and Aakash Ganguly on Bass. From old school to contemporary, the trio is known for performing an array of blues music.

- Brandon Santini
Brandon Santini is a true dedicator of traditional blues with a modern colourful style of playing. Blues Blast Award nominee, Santini also founded a highly celebrated blues band, ‘Delta Highway’ in 2003.

Stage: The Garden Stage - Charlie Musselwhite
Fifty years of non-stop touring, performing and recording, Charlie Musselwhite has won 35 Blues Music Awards. He has been nominated 12 times for the Grammy Awards and won his first Grammy in 2015 for his collaboration with Ben Harper.

Day Two – February 10 (Sunday)
- Sugarray Rayford
American electric blues singer and songwriter Sugarray Rayford has recently marked a big hit with his fourth album ‘The World That We Live In’. He has released four albums and been nominated in two categories for a Blues Music Award.

Stage: The Garden Stage - Beth Hart
Beth Hart is an American singer, songwriter, and musician from Los Angeles, and has been nominated two Grammy nominations in 2014 for the Best Album and for Blues Music Award. Most of her albums have achieved number 1 status on the Billboard Blues Album Chart.
