This mummy is undergoing a forensic examination. It was initially found in the walls of an Ecuadorian church following an earthquake in 1949.

Previously believed to be a Spanish monk, its clothes suggest it might actually be a wealthy man.

"The interesting thing about this mummy it was a totally natural mummification," said forensic expert Phillipe Charlier.
