Gurugrammers walk to promote healthy lifestyle

Mount Olympus School, Malibu Towne, Gurgaon organized a family Walkathon 'Fiesta Walk & Run' Season -2, in association with Center of Diabetes and Allied Sciences. This event was organized to promote a healthy lifestyle in the busy city life and encourage the spirit of togetherness and community living. Rahagiri & Road Safety Officers highlighted the importance of road safety amidst the audience. Children from Nirmalam Foundation helped spread awareness through their well scripted and performed Nukkad Natak. While children had a gala time walking with family and spent time in the play zone, their parents availed the opportunity to get a quick health check up. Participants together danced at the beat of foot tapping Bhangra music. The audiences were mesmerized by enchanting performances by students of RAGAAZ Music Academy. Paralympian Deepa Malik flagged off the walkathon. She left one & all, young & old motivated and inspired with her story of grit, determination and resilience.
