The BJP's Delhi North East Loksabha Constituency Urban, Centre Conveners reaffirmed its objective to bring Prime Minister Narendra Modi back in power at a conference held in connection with the preparations for 2019 Lok Sabha elections on Saturday. BJP National General Secretary Bhupender Yadav, Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari addressed workers, mandal presidents among others present at the occasion.
In his address, Yadav, "This conference was started from North East District which is indicative of victory. For the last five years, PM Modi has tried to dislodge the dynastic, casteism and corruption politics of Congress. Congress party made India a country indebted with loans where loan was taken for repaying the previous loan. Today under Mudra Scheme crores of skilled persons have become employers with the help of government. Previously people fled away from the country after taking loan but now Modi Government enacted such laws that the money is being recovered and tax is being deposited."
"Our party follows the principal of Antyodaya, nationalism and taking India on the path of progress but the alliance wants to weaken the country and we have to tell it to everyone," he claimed.
Tiwari, meanwhile, said, "We defeated those who had defamed politics with their corrupt activities and formed Modi government that has taken together the villagers, poor, farmers, traders, youth, rich and presented an image of developed India. This election will be like Mahabharat where voters are like Arjun and the achievements of Modi Government are like Abhimanyu. The corrupt alliance is like Kauravas who want to deprive you of achievements. If we have to win this war then we will have to take the achievements of Central Government door to door. We should not be misled by the mis-propaganda," he added.
