For the last five days, the city’s air quality index (AQI) has been reported in the poor category with the pollution level being recorded ar 221 (poor) on Sunday. In the past four days, the AQI was recorded at 275 on Saturday, 201 on Friday, 281 on Thursday and 242 on Wednesday. However, the condition might improve on Wednesday and Thursday as showers are expected.”
