LIT’s 6 properties go for Rs 15.92 crore

LUDHIANA: The Ludhiana Improvement Trust fetched Rs 15.92 crore from the auction of its properties on Friday. During the auction, which was organized after a gap of two years, LIT officials sold a residential plot and a school site in Rishi Nagar, three plots in Kitchlu Nagar and one plot in Rajguru Nagar. LIT estate officer Harpreet Sandhu said, “We will send a report to the government and after its approval, we will proceed further.”
