Elle, 54, arrived with her son Flynn at the American Australian Arts Awards dinner in New York on Thursday, and the resemblance between the two was extraordinary.
Flynn, 20, whose full name is Arpad Flynn Alexander Busson, has the same face as his famous mother, as well as her striking brown eyes.

Flynn is a student at Boston University in the U.S., and is also training to get his pilot's licence.

At one stage, Elle and Flynn were spotted chatting with Australian actor Simon Baker, 49, at the exclusive soirée.

Elle shares sons Flynn and Cy, 15, with London-based French financier Arpad Busson, whom she split with in 2005.
