Mixed trend in pulses

Barring tur, and urad, the majority of pulse seeds ruled stable with masur. (bold) quoted at ₹4,125-75, while masur (Madhya Pradesh) ruled at ₹3,900 a quintal. Given decline in sowing area and change in weather condition with hailstorm lashing some parts of Madhya Pradesh recently, masur may gain higher in the coming days, said Sanjay Agrawal, a local pulse trader talking to the Business Line. Masur dal (medium) quoted at ₹5,000-5,100 a quintal, while masur dal (bold) ruled at ₹5,200-5,300 a quintal. Moong (bold) being quoted at ₹5,700-5,800, while moong (medium) ruled at ₹4,800-5,000. Moong dal (medium) quoted at ₹6,400-6.500, moong dal (bold) and moong mongar ruled at ₹7,100-7,200 a quintal respectively. Urad (bold) today rose to ₹5,300-5,400, while urad (medium) ruled at ₹4,400-4,500. Rise in urad also lifted it's dal with urad dal (medium) quoted at ₹5,900-6,000, while urad dal (bold) ruled at ₹6,800-6,900 a quintal.
