US To Withdraw From Landmark Cold War Missile Treaty With Russia
US said Russia had not addressed concerns over missile system that Western states believe goes against the 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty.
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said US still wanted to engage in arms control negotiations with Russia.
