IT Minister Rohan Khaunte has refused to have a public debate on the issue of the IT park that is supposed to come up at Chimbel.Instead, he has asked the protesters to submit their queries on the web portal. Social activist Claude Alvares had challenged Rohan Khaunte to have open debate on IT park with the people and activists.
