Afghanistan wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Shahzad is often called the Afghan Dhoni by his fans. He is also a big admirer of the former Indian captain and often tries to emulate him including his helicopter shot. 

Shahzad effected a run out in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) 2019 that reminded many of MS Dhoni. He delivered the no-look run out that we have Dhoni pull off many times in his career. 

Playing for Chittagong Vikings, Shahzad got rid of Dhaka Dynamite's Mizanur Rahman with a no-look run out. The dismissal took place in the 4th over of Dynamites' innings. Rahman came down the track against spinner Nayeem Hasan but was beaten and struck on the pads. Shahzad quickly ran ahead of collect it and send it back on to the stumps behind him. Rahman was adjudged out by the third umpire.
