A notorious clan of ute drivers known as the Mexican hoon cartel have uploaded new videos of themselves terrorising residents with burnouts, donuts and figure eights.
The 'cartel' documented their Gold Coast comeback on their Instagram account, performing the illegal stunts and recklessly driving at high speeds.
