Ujjain: Stray dogs are a menace for residents. On Monday, a stray dog nibbled away an ear of a three-year-old boy playing outside his house on Agar Road. According to reports, Karan was playing outside his house, when a pack of stray dogs suddenly surrounded him.
One of the dogs started nibbling at his ear. Hearing his cries, family members rushed out and saved him. The boy was later rushed to district hospital. Family members claimed that stray dogs were a menace in the area. Despite repeated complaints with municipal office but to no avail. Doctors too confirmed that around eight to 10 cases of dog bites are reported in hospital on daily basis.
