The Baleno made its debut under the Nexa portfolio and has gone on to have a very successful run in the market so far. Maruti Suzuki likes to refer to it as India’s favourite premium hatchback and honestly there really isn’t a need to argue that. Want proof? Just look at the numbers! It has already crossed the milestone of having sold 5 lakh units so far and it is the fastest car to do so. The Baleno is taking ahead the legacy of the Liquid Flow Design philosophy and playing around the same theme to deliver a unique dynamic appeal. The car gets a new grille with 3D detailing that makes it look more premium than before and it also helps highlight the wide stance that the car has. The new Baleno also gets new precision cut two tone 16-inch alloy wheels that do their bit to play up the ‘new’ look and add an air of freshness to the exterior.

 

The cabin of the Baleno has received numerous accolades in the past and on the new Baleno it is touted to be even better! You get a new seat fabric finished in a black & navy blue dual tone to bring about an air of sophistication. It is a spacious cabin that has a high level of creature comforts on board as well. This includes the new generation ‘SmartPlay Studio’ connected infotainment system with a 17.78cm touchscreen that gives you access to your smartphone and cloud-based services to offer an all-round connected experience.
