A North Carolina woman has been charged with running a meth trafficking operation from the same car where she delivered her son, named 'Atom Bomb', just three weeks ago.

Jessica Killian, 32, was arrested at an Econo Lodge in Gaston last Tuesday over the alleged meth business.

Police said she was caught with 36 grams of meth that she allegedly planned to sell and deliver.

She was also allegedly found with baggies and scales.

The trafficking operation was allegedly run out of Killian's 2011 Chevrolet Cruze.

It is the same car where she gave birth to her son on New Year's Day en route to the hospital.

Killian and her boyfriend Randy 'Early' Sain named the baby Atom Bomb.

'He really did come out like a bomb,' Killian told the Gaston Gazette

The couple had been rushing up Interstate 85 on their way to the hospital just minutes after Killian's water broke on January 1.

Sain pulled over into an emergency lane and reached over to catch the baby.

'If he wouldn't have been there, there's no telling what would've happened to Atom,' Killian said.

'He could've went to the floorboard or anything could've happened to him. He pulls over, jumps over to my side and basically caught him as he was coming down.'

Emergency dispatchers gave Sain instructions over the phone on how to use a shoelace to tie the umbilical cord.

It is not clear who now has custody of the baby in the wake of Killian's arrest.

She was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver methamphetamine and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance.

Killian is also charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

She has possession and manufacturing drug charges from December as well.

She is being held at Gaston County Jail on a $75,000 bond.
