JIND: On the last day of election campaigning, Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal reached here to extend support to the Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) and addressed a public meeting jointly for the first time with Dushyant and Digvijay Chautala on Saturday in the old grain market.


Kejriwal focused on attacking rival parties, including the incumbent BJP, the Congress and INLD. In his address, Kejriwal said that Jind bypoll would bring a new start in state politics and Dushyant and Digvijay would be the 'sutradhar' (the ones holding the strings).


Lashing out at the BJP, Kejriwal said that time had come to remove a party who had been spreading poison of casteism in society for the past four years. He said that the BJP had worked to divide society during their regime, something which Pakistan failed to do in 70 years. He added that the BJP did nothing except cause riots in the state several times.


Attacking the Congress, Kejriwal said that the party did only property dealing during its regime in the state. He attacked the INLD by saying that this party had killed several farmers in Kandela firing incident in Jind. He further said that he wondered how could INLD leaders could come to seek votes here.


Responding to a statement of chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar that in Mahabharat also two Ds had ruined all and Chautala brothers were "Duryodhan and Dusshasan", Dushyant said that D denoted development also and their focus would be spreading it to every corner of the state. He further said that they had youth with them and would bring a revolution in state.
