Centrelink fraudster mum who lied about her estranged husband sexually abusing their young daughter loses custody of the girl
- Mother done for Centrelink fraud lost two-and-a-half year long custody battle
- She claimed her 12-year-old girl's father was violent and 'sexually inappropriate'
- An investigation into the claims dug up no 'substantiation' of the allegations
- She found guilty of Centrelink fraud in 2014 for accepting thousands of dollars
A mother done for fraud has lost custody of her daughter after the judge dismissed her claims the girl's father sexually abused their child.
Judge Norah Hartnett ruled out the mother's allegations saying she was 'not a credible witness', Courier Mail reported.
'There is no corroborating evidence (of abuse) independent of the child’s inconsistent and coached, unsubstantiated disclosures,' he said.
Mr Hartnett even went as far to say the mother had demonised the 12-year-old girl's father as a 'sexually abusive monster'.

The comments come after a two-and-a-half yearlong custody battle at the Federal Circuit Court in Melbourne, which saw the mother throw numerous allegations at the father.
Not only did the mother claim the father tried to kill her numerous times, but that he was also 'sexually inappropriate' when he bathed his daughter when she was six or eight years old.
Though, a follow-up from the Victoria's Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation unit could find no way to substantiate her claims of the sexual allegations.
A court-ordered paternity test proved the man was the child's father after the mother told her daughter that was not the case.
On top of being escorted from the courtroom twice, the mother also breached court orders numerous times when she tried to take the 12-year-old girl to China.
Judge Hartnett also said the mother had admitted to hitting the father in the head with a metal object.
This isn't the first time the mother has been pulled up, after she was done for Centrelink fraud in 2014.
At the time, the woman accepted $63, 653 in parenting payments even though she was collecting 'subtstantial rent' from three investment properties.
This time around, she was being called out for being 'belligerent and out of control' among other things.
Judge Hartnett said the mother's allegations against the father had painted him in a negative light and destroyed his relationship with their daughter.

Back in February 2017, the daughter cried and hid under a desk in the court building after she was ordered to spend a week with her father.
A child psychologist said the girl might be suffering from depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.
'The conflict between the parents is the most likely cause of the child’s trauma,' they said.
The girl will now live away from her mother and two adult-step sisters and stay with her father in an attempt to reverse the damage done to the relationship.
The mother is only allowed to visit her daughter under supervision for two hours each weekend.
