Jawan injured in J&K mine blast along LoC
Sanjay Khajuria | TNN | Jan 28, 2019, 23:11 ISTJAMMU: An Army jawan was injured in an accidental landmine explosion on Monday along the Line of Control (LoC) in Khour-Akhnoor area of Jammu.
“During patrolling, rifleman Shanker Singh inadvertently stepped over an anti-personal landmine which exploded along the LoC in the Keri-Lalyali region of Khour-Akhnoor area. He was rushed to a nearby military hospital from where he was later airlifted to Udhampur military hospital,” said an official source.
