(Bloomberg) -- Airbnb Inc. leased 40,000 square feet of office space in Dublin’s Grand Canal Dock area, expanding its presence in the Irish city that is home to its European headquarters.

The online home-rental company will join other international tenants including Israeli website building platform Wix.com Ltd. at the Reflector building, according to a statement Saturday from its owner. The recently completed building has 123,000 square feet that has been rented for about 60 euros ($68.44) a square foot, according to the statement.

Grand Canal Dock is also known as “Silicon Docks,” with tenants including Alphabet Inc.’s Google and Facebook Inc.
