And the hunky photographer sparked speculation he may have already moved when he was spotted in the company of a mystery tattooed brunette earlier this month.
The bikini-wearing stunner was seen soaking up the rays at a Sydney beach with Lee and his eight year-old daughter, Kitty, who he shares with estranged wife Jackie.

The sun-kissed outing comes weeks after Lee was spotted with a mystery tattooed brunette before Christmas, although it's unclear if this is the same woman.
Days later, he put on a united front with Jackie while spending the Christmas holidays together with Kitty in Fiji.

But a source close to the KIIS FM star told Daily Mail Australia last month that things are not quite as intimate as they may seem on social media.
'Everything they do is all for Kitty,' the insider said.
'All they went to do is make sure Kitty is happy and their split has minimal impact, so that's why they spent Christmas together. They're definitely not back together.'
The former couple shocked fans when they announced their split in October after 18 years together.
