C Hôtels Tremblant yesterday announced an investment of approximately $45 million in a luxury hotel complex with a spa at the foot of Versant Soleil. This unique condominium project with hotel management will take shape a few steps away from the chairlift, next to a private lake and Casino de Mont-Tremblant. Sale of the units was also announced by luxury real estate agency Engel & Völkers.
Patrice Malo, Station Mont Tremblant President and Chief Operating Officer, is delighted to see the launch of such an important project on Versant Soleil: "Real estate development on the South Side has been consolidated, allowing us to now turn to Versant Soleil for a project of this scale," he said. "We are seeing a surge of interest for real estate investment in Tremblant and this announcement is great news for the resort."
"With an easy and quick access to the lift, a lakefront spa and an exceptional view of the mountain, this new location is perfectly aligned with our mission to offer a distinctive experience in unique locations throughout the province of Quebec," said Véronique Gaudreault, Vice-President of Operations at C Hôtels. "Our complete and upscale hotel services will handle all the details, including reception, concierge services and room maintenance, to offer peace of mind to owners and visitors alike."
The 5-storey contemporary-style complex will feature 92 condominiums of 1 to 3 bedrooms. It will be equipped with a restaurant, an outdoor pool, underground parking with reserved slots for electric vehicles, a fitness centre and the famous Noah Spa, an innovative indoor spa with an exclusive Canadian concept.
Thanks to its ideal location at the bottom of the hill, vacationers will get to the lift in a few steps during the winter and enjoy the pedestrian village on the South Side all year round. During the summer season, they will be able to access the lake, enjoy the hiking trails and get to the mountain bike trails, the bike path circuit and the IRONMAN road bike training course in a few strokes.
