Video shows migrants using ladder to cross border

A video taken Monday by a U.S. Border Patrol surveillance camera shows migrants being helped over the border fence with a ladder on the Mexican side near Yuma, Arizona.Some 118 people turned themselves into agents during this incident on Monday, Jan. 21, 116 from Guatemala and 2 from El Salvador. Not all of them came over the fence, said U.S. Border Patrol agent Jose J. Garibay III. Some, he said, tunneled under the fence. Most of them were families traveling together with minors.
