Under-construction building collapses in Gurugram

A 4-storey under-construction building collapsed in Gurugram's Ullawas village on Thursday. The tragedy occured around 5 a.m. Five labourers were feared trapped in the debris.

Around 500 staff of local administration and National Disaster Response Force are involved in the rescue operation.

Sri Lanka wins toss,  bat first at Gabba

Sri has Lanka won the toss and decided to bat first in the day-night cricket test at the Gabba on Thursday.

Sri Lanka captain Dinesh Chandimal said it “looks like a real good pitch” while Australia captain Tim Paine said he also would have opted to bat if he’d won the toss in the pink-ball test.
