GUNTUR: Subhas Chandra Bose’s 123rd birth anniversary was celebrated by Forum for Better Bapatla in Guntur on Wednesday. Sub Registrar M Srinivasa Rao said that the freedom fighter earned the name Netaji by forming the INA during India’s independence struggle.
