Google celebrated Soviet physicist Lev Davidovich Landau’s 111th birth anniversary with a Doodle. Landau was born on 22 January 1908 in Baku, Azerbaijan.Landau had made fundamental contributions to many areas of theoretical physics. He got Nobel Prize in Physics for his development of a mathematical theory of superfluidity. His also received attainment for independent co-discovery of the density matrix method in quantum mechanics. He was genius in mathematics and learned to differentiate at age 12 and to integrate at age 13.
