SandP 500 Movers: ARNC\, PCG

In early trading on Tuesday, shares of PG&E Corp (PCG) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 9.5%.

Year to date, PG&E Corp has lost about 66.7% of its value.

And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Arconic (ARNC), trading down 17.2%.

Arconic is lower by about 0.1% looking at the year to date performance.

Two other components making moves today are Stanley Black & Decker (SWK), trading down 13.7%, and eBay (EBAY), trading up 9.2% on the day.
