‘Educated women build educated family’

Two day Salana Ijtima-a-Khwatin’s (Women’s Annual Congregation) begins

Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal, Women must be educated, because if the woman becomes educated then she will educate her entire family. The first school of any child is her mother, so girls must be educated.

This idea was expressed by Maulana Rafiq Qasmi, National Secretary of Jamaat-a-Islamic India, during the beginning of the Muslim Women’s Annual Congregation Ejtima A. Khawatin.

The Muslim religious leaders expressed their views on various topics such as ‘Family planning and female feticide’, ‘How to improve the home and society’, ‘Why it is necessary to give a share to daughters in the ancestral property?’

Maulana Rafiq Sahab says that Islam is only religion, which has given greatest rights to women. Because Islam is the life system given by Almighty to humanity. Peace in human life can be established only by adopting this life system.

If Muslims are distressed all over the world today, it is because they have not adopted the said life system. Those who adopt this life system will get salvation that is they will be successful.

Maulana Qasmi said that the meaning of Muslim is obedience and obedience to God comes from reading and implementing only the last divine book that is Quran.

Women from across the state gathered in Ijtima (Congregation)

Annual congregation of Muslim women’s two day Ijtima-a-Khawatin, was started on the Islamic Gate ground in the state capital city. Muslim women from all the districts of the state have reached Bhopal to join the congregation. The conference was initiated with the descant of Quran followed by its translation.

After this, the written and quiz Islamic Quiz contest was organized by Muslim women and workers, in which 300 women participants took part. The winners were given first prize with rupees 25 thousand, second prize Rs. 15 thousand, and third prize with amount of 10 thousand rupees. At the same time, 5 participants were given a consolation prize of Rs 4500-4500 each.
