ED takes contradictory stands before court, accused walk free without bail in money laundering case

In a surprising turn of events, three persons summoned as accused in a case also involving Upender Rai, Saturday walked free from a court without even securing

If the court refuses to grant bail, the accused will have to go to judicial custody.

The accused Narendra Kumar Rai, and were summoned as accused by the court after filing of a charge sheet by the in the case.
