The Vepery police have nabbed two history-sheeters in possession of weapons. The accused have been identified as L Jangili Ganesan (32) of Kosapet and S Hussain alias Appu (32) of Kosapet. The duo was secured on suspicion during a regular patrol at Purasawalkam on Friday. 

As one of them had hidden a machete on him. Investigations revealed that Ganesan is a history-sheeter with two murder cases pending against him, while Hussain is an absconding accused. They were produced before a magistrate on Saturday.
