Dhanu Yatra is an annual open-air theatrical held every year across the 8km radius of Bargarh municipality in Odisha. It is based in the mythological stories of Krishna and his demon uncle Kans. During the festival period, Kans can punish people for their mistakes with different penalties and no one even politicians are spared. Once former CM Biju Patnaik and his ministers were fined. In this video, this year Kans can be seen addressing his court of disciples at Bargadh.
