When it comes to working with metal, few YouTubers do it better than Arthur Tussik, who specializes in bringing severely damaged cars back to the land of the living.

In case you haven’t seen his work, you can check out what he did for this wrecked BMW X5, as well as this 7-Series with a bashedrear end. His latest “patient” is a second-generation Volvo S60, which has sustained heavy damage on its right side.

Aside from the doors or the front and rear ends, the car’s frame is actually bent way out of shape too, which meant he had to straighten it back up before applying some finishing touches – which proved quite risky, as the hook that was pulling the frame snapped at one point – you can see it around the 2:33 minute mark.

He then proceeded to fix the transmission tunnel, and then used parts from a donor car to mend the rest of the S60’s damaged right side. After he finished welding, he proceeded to install the doors and fix the front end, which included the fender, mounting the headlights and the rest of the fascia.

While these repairs took 60 hours, they mostly involved the exterior of the vehicle, as well as its overall structure. In order for the Volvo to get back out on the road again, the dashboard will need to be mounted back on, as will the front and rear door panels, so the project isn’t finished just yet. However, given Tussik’s prowess, we bet it won’t take much longer.
