A formulations unit of pharma major Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in Andhra Pradesh has been issued a Form 483 with four observations, following an inspection by the USFDA, the firm said in a regulatory filing. The USFDA issues the form after an inspection, in which the investigators observe any conditions that may be in violation of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and related acts.
