Deborah Hutton's ex-boyfriend was today ordered to pay police $13,000 after he was found guilty of staging a burglary at her home.
Robert Dulhunty planted a rape kit, which included condoms and an apparatus used to restrain someone, at Hutton's home he shared in Bronte, Sydney in August.
He then called Triple Zero and reported a burglar had broken in and was making 'meow' sounds.
It is thought the former company director, who has autism, staged the event hoping it would push Hutton into staying with him for protection after they broke up.
He was today convicted and ordered to complete 300 hours of community service and be of good behaviour for a year.

Robert Venour Dulhunty (left), 49, called Triple Zero claiming he confronted an attempted attacker outside the home he shared with the glamorous presenter and former model in Bronte, Sydney's east, shortly after 6am on August 8

Dalhunty's lawyer Bryan Wrench told the court his client, who suffers from autism, was depressed, agitated and was on heavy medication

During the call with emergency services Dulhunty reported the burglar was making 'meow' sounds
'This was a planned, premeditated fabrication by the defendant which resulted in Ms Hutton being intimidated... and the valuable services of NSW Police and triple-zero emergency services being abused,' magistrate Michael Barko said in Waverley Local Court on Wednesday.
Hutton had asked Dalhunty to move out of the multimillion-dollar home when their relationship broke down, the court heard.
Police initially believed Hutton had been targeted by a celebrity stalker but nine days later they were led to Dulhunty.
He was arrested at the home and taken to Waverley Police Station where he was charged with stalk or intimidate to cause fear of physical or mental health (domestic violence).
Dulhunty also faced three counts of destroy or damage property, false representation resulting in police investigation and making a false call to an emergency services number.
Hutton described Dulhunty as an 'eccentric fellow and good bloke' but he had recently become 'paranoid and agitated'.
Prior to the couple's six-and-a-half year relationship they signed a pre-nuptial agreement, the court heard.
Magistrate Lisa Stapleton is expected to decide on the application to have charges dealt with under mental health grounds on Friday afternoon.

Court documents listed Hutton as the owner of the home (pictured), which was also listed as Dulhunty's address
