Elephant found dead with tusks removed

An was found dead near a railway crossing in district with its tusks being removed, Forest officials said Wednesday.

In a report filed with the local police station, Chhipadohar Forest Ranger Ashok Kumar said the died in unnatural circumstances on Tuesday and its tusks had been cut off, the officials said.
