The Naples Hotel Group announces that construction has started on the new Fairfield Inn & Suites located in Riverview, FL. As part of the contract, the company will oversee the construction of the hotel and manage all aspects of the opening and operations with owners, Riverview Hotels and Resorts LLC.

The site is located within a mile of I-75, the major highway along the west coast of Florida. Downtown Tampa is 12 miles to the NW via US-302 and the Selmon Expressway. Riverview is home to many corporate and local businesses and has been named Best Place to Live alongside the Tampa/St. Pete metro area. It's home to the brand-new James A. Haley Veterans' hospital which is expected to serve over 10,000 Veterans.

The General Contract for the Tampa-area hotel was awarded to Pinkerton and Laws Construction Inc. and BRR Architecture was chosen as the Architect.

The hotel is planned to have 108 guest rooms & suites, 500 sq. ft. meeting and event space, as well as an outdoor pool and patio area. Hotel guest rooms will feature a mini-refrigerator, microwave and smart TVs. Hotel amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, on-site laundry facilities, business center, and complimentary WIFI throughout the property. Dining options will include a daily, complimentary breakfast and 24-Hour Market that features snacks, drinks, and sundry items.
