Maharashtra stayed on top in the medals tally as Wednesday had just four gold medals on offer - all in shooting - at the Khelo India Youth Games 2019 in Pune.
The four gold medals were shared by Haryana, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, and Rajasthan, a media release said.
So, Maharashtra with 64 gold, 51 silver, and 62 bronze medals maintained their lead over Delhi, who have 47 gold, 31 silver, and 43 bronze medals.
Haryana, who won one of the four gold in shooting, lie third with 38 gold, 36 silver, and 38 bronze, the release said.

Meanwhile,19-year-old Gurnihal Singh Garcha, son of a Ludhiana farmer, claimed the Khelo India Youth Games Under- 21 skeet gold medal by making a splendid comeback.
Meanwhile, in the girls Under-21 tennis, a two-time national champion from Madhya Pradesh Mahak Jain beat her main rival Zeel Desai of Gujarat 6-4, 2-6, 6-4 to enter the final.
She will meet Mihika Yadav of Maharashtra, who beat UPs Kavvya Sawhney 6-3, 6-3, it added.
