Mr. Hopper brokered the transaction between the buyer, 7601 Black Lake Rd, LLC and the seller, CC, LLC, a Florida based company.

"The Baymont Inn & Suites Celebration is located right next to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park – a high barrier-to-entry location that attracted both nationally and internationally based buyers to the deal. The hotel is comprised of 295 rooms, conference space, restaurant space, and a large lobby area – the new owner intends to renovate the property and further increase their market share.
