The officer supports himself on a bench before he wags his leg wildly back and forth in a bid to shake off the man.
Then in one brutal swing, he knocks out the helpless man and frees his leg.
'I didn't realise this until after I've looked back and saw my video that the man's been actually kicked in the head to be knocked out,' a concerned passenger said.
Sydney Trains spokesman Tony Eid said one of the staff was taken to hospital to be treated for a bite.
Though he condemned the actions of the staff.
'That action is unacceptable,' Mr Eid said.
'That action is something that we do not condone and certainly we don't train our people to take that sort of action.'
No official complaint has been lodged and police said they would not take further action.
The station duty manager and two security contractors have been stood down as Sydney trains continues to investigate the altercation.
