WASHINGTON—The former chief executive of PepsiCo Inc. and a Treasury Department official are among the candidates the Trump administration is considering to head the World Bank, an administration official said Tuesday.

President Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump, a senior adviser to the president, has been charged with selecting a candidate to succeed outgoing World Bank President Jim Yong Kim, who will step down from the role on Feb. 1.
